LVIV, Ukraine (Reuters) – Four people have been confirmed killed after air strikes hit Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, on Tuesday morning, mayor Vitali Klitschko said.
“Rescuers are still extinguishing the flames from early morning,” he said on the Telegram messaging app.
