BERLIN (Reuters) – Germany is considering all options to reduce its energy dependence on Russia, but it is not yet at a point where it could make a decision about extending the life of nuclear power stations, a government spokesperson said on Monday.

“Of course everything is being looked at at the moment so that we can prepare for all eventualities, which we all hope will not occur,” the spokesperson said in a regular news conference.
