LVIV, Ukraine (Reuters) – Civilians in private cars started leaving the northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy on Wednesday after a “humanitarian corridor” was established for a second successive day, Sumy Mayor Oleksandr Lysenko said in televised comments.
