LVIV, Ukraine (Reuters) – Russian forces appear to be regrouping near the eastern city of Kharkiv, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said on Wednesday, describing the situation as very tense.
Speaking on live television, Terekhov said Russian shelling on the city was ongoing.
